Do you know your purpose?

This is a question that keeps coming up in conversations. Understanding your why, your north star, is not woo-woo. The question 'do you know your purpose?' is important for everyone. For the parents, for people doing their job and getting by, for people running their own business as well as for leaders of multi-million pound companies. Your purpose is the driver of everything you do in your daily life and your long-term dream.

For many people, we think we know our purpose. But that can change due to so many things outside of our control. Redundancy, separation, grief. Feeling lost or uncertain about where you are heading is totally normal. It's all part of life so that we can grow, evolve and change.

What’s important is that we give ourselves space to pause, reflect and move forward with intention.
